Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PH76 ("ph76," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph76 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website and mobile application.

By accessing the ph76 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph76 platform regardless of the device used to access it, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets.

Eligibility

To register and use the ph76 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. ph76 does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the platform and place bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph76, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the ph76 platform or any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph76 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without liability to the affected user.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph76 platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ph76 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph76 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify ph76 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account verification: ph76 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

ph76 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that ph76 considers harmful to the platform or other users.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph76 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: ph76 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph76 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the ph76 platform at the time of the transaction. ph76 reserves the right to change minimum deposit amounts at any time.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. ph76 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal to source: ph76 reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Transaction limits: ph76 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

ph76 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ph76 platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph76 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• ph76 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome displayed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by ph76's system shall be the definitive reference, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• ph76 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. The integrity of game outcomes is maintained through independent certification processes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph76 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• ph76 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including imposing stake restrictions, without being required to provide a reason.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated betting software, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Bonuses & Promotions

ph76 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are credited to your ph76 account in Philippine Peso and may only be used on the ph76 platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ph76 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• ph76 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph76 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one ph76 account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the ph76 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph76 staff or other players.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your ph76 account through your payment provider.

ph76 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will provide information about accounts and transactions where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

ph76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all ph76 accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set alerts and automatic session time limits to manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not be able to access the platform or receive promotional communications.

ph76 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing difficulties, even in the absence of a player-initiated request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph76 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of ph76 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph76 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ph76 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph76 content.
• Use ph76 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph76 platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph76 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph76 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph76 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph76 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the operation of the platform caused by circumstances beyond ph76's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a manifest error.
• Any decision made by you in connection with your gaming activity on ph76.

ph76's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph76 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

ph76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on ph76, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph76 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph76 cannot guarantee absolute security.

ph76 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or regulation, including for anti-money laundering and know-your-customer compliance purposes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph76 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact ph76's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or betting decisions, ph76's internal records shall serve as the primary reference, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

Amendments to These Terms

ph76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph76 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the ph76 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the ph76 platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
